Customer Waiver

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my visit to Samoyed Cafe London is entirely voluntary. I acknowledge that interacting with animals involves inherent risks, and I choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Health & Safety

• •I confirm that I do not have any known dog allergies, or if I do, I accept full responsibility for any allergic reaction.
• •I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness, infectious disease, or condition that may be transmitted to the dogs or other guests.
• •I will inform a member of staff immediately if I feel unwell during my visit.
• •I understand that children under 16 must be directly supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

3. Dog Interaction Guidelines

I agree to follow all dog interaction guidelines as briefed by staff. Specifically:

• •I will not pull, pinch, or disturb sleeping dogs.
• •I will not feed the dogs any food or treats unless explicitly provided by staff.
• •I will approach dogs calmly and allow them to come to me rather than forcing contact.
• •I will immediately stop any interaction if a dog shows signs of discomfort and alert a staff member.
• •I will not bring any food or drink into the dog interaction area without permission.

4. Dress Code

• •I will wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat or low-heeled footwear.
• •I will avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes, as these can distress the dogs.
• •I understand that dog fur and saliva may transfer to clothing during the session.

5. Photography & Social Media

I consent to being photographed or filmed during my session for use in Samoyed Cafe London's marketing materials, social media channels, and press releases. If I do not consent, I will notify a staff member prior to the start of my session. I may photograph the dogs and the café for personal use and social media, provided I do not harass the dogs in doing so.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• •I agree that SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or illness arising from my participation in the café experience, except where such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD.
• •I acknowledge that dogs are living animals and their behaviour can be unpredictable. SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of guests and the welfare of the dogs.
• •I accept full responsibility for any damage I or any guest in my party causes to property, equipment, or the dogs.

7. Children

If I am accompanying a guest under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of that guest, that I have read and understood this waiver on their behalf, and that I accept responsibility for their behaviour and safety throughout the visit.

8. Animal Welfare

The welfare of our dogs is our absolute priority. SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises immediately, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed by staff to be threatening, abusive, or harmful to the dogs or other guests.

9. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
