1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Samoyed Cafe London website and services, operated by SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD, registered in England and Wales. By using our website or submitting a pre-booking request, you agree to these terms.

2. Pre-Booking Requests

• •A pre-booking request is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee availability.
• •No payment is required or taken at the pre-booking stage.
• •We will contact you when bookings officially open to invite you to confirm your slot.
• •Submitting a pre-booking request does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
• •We reserve the right to decline any pre-booking request at our absolute discretion.

3. Confirmed Bookings (Phase 2)

When paid bookings become available, the following terms will apply to confirmed reservations:

• •Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
• •Maximum 20 guests per session.
• •Ticket prices: Adult (13+) £18, Child (3–12) £12, Under 3 free.
• •Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• •Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by us.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy for confirmed bookings is as follows:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Behaviour & Exclusion

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the premises at any time if their behaviour is deemed by our staff to be threatening, abusive, harmful to the dogs or other guests, or in breach of our waiver. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

6. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any booking or visit is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SAMOYED EMPIRE LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
